Rafin

Rafin’s birthdate is June 9, 1997. His has an older brother who lives here in our center. His mother is deceased and his father is quite elderly, in his 60s I believe and has a disability that prevents him from working. He does not have a home to care for Rafin in. Rafin is the boy I like to say cannot tell a lie. I can’t be 100% sure but he always seems to tell the truth, even when he’s done something wrong, which is often. It’s like I can watch him try and lie but he ends up telling the truth. He is fun-loving and cheerful but gets picked on quite a bit by others. He loves chicken and rice and says he wants to be a driver when he grows up.
