Nandino

Nandino’s birthdate is April 28, 1997. He has a younger sister who lives here as well. His mother lives nearby and attends church but is mentally and emotionally unstable and unable to provide a safe home for them. Nandino frequently misbehaves, not in any huge way but in a regular fashion of doing his own thing. He rarely smiled when he arrived here and can still be withdrawn but is much happier now. He loves fish and says he wants to be a pastor when he grows up.
