Joao Albertino

Joao’s birthday is celebrated March 9, 1998. We aren’t sure of his birthdate so we created one for him. The police brought him to our center after they found him begging at the airport. He was approximately 4 years old and unable to provide any reliable information to the police that would help locate his family. They did a radio and television announcement but were unsuccessful. Joao is very personable, friendly and outgoing. He is a little behind academically. His favorite food is beans and he says he wants to be a pastor when he grows up.
