Feliciano

Feliciano birthdate is February 2002. He came to us from another center. He was quite sick when he arrived and may be developmentally delayed. He is currently functioning similar to a child about three years younger than his age. He quickly adapted to our center and has thrived with the love and attention and his health is improving daily. He has a father who has visited twice since he arrived. We are anticipating doing a home visit to determine the situation of the father. Feliciano is energetic, loves to give hugs and is the delight of the older boys living in the dorm with him. He loves yogurt!
